Overview

Flow ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at tapintoflow.co and provides the Flow app and Flow Key physical product (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before accessing or using any part of our Services. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

The Flow App and Flow Key

Flow provides a productivity app ("Flow app") and physical NFC card ("Flow Key") that allows users to block distracting apps on their iPhone during focus sessions using Apple's Screen Time framework. The Flow app is a free companion app and will remain free for all users.

By using the Flow app and Flow Key, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The app blocking functionality relies on Apple's Screen Time framework and is subject to the permissions, limitations, and technical constraints imposed by Apple Inc., including iOS system-level capabilities and any future modifications thereto.
  • Flow does not guarantee that any restriction or blocking mechanism will be absolute or immune to circumvention under all device configurations, software versions, or user behaviours.
  • You assume full responsibility for the configuration and use of the Flow app and Flow Key, including any consequences arising from app blocking during active sessions.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flow shall not be liable for any inability to disable or bypass app restrictions, nor for any damages or losses arising from their activation or continued enforcement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) by default. If you are shopping from outside Australia, you may change your display currency at any time using the currency selector on our website. Please note that your payment will be processed in the currency displayed at checkout, and your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price change, modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Orders and Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Your Account

To use the Flow app, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately at support@tapintoflow.co if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
  • To attempt to reverse engineer, hack, clone, or tamper with the Flow app or Flow Key
  • To attempt to misuse or circumvent the NFC functionality of the Flow Key
  • To create fake accounts or impersonate any person or entity
  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services for violating any of the above.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials associated with Flow, including but not limited to the Flow logo, app design, and website content, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any of our content without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party services including Shopify, Supabase, and Resend. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us, and we are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at tapintoflow.co/pages/privacy-policy.

Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions on our site at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use the Services and notifying us accordingly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
